What we collect

• Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard request data (IP address, user-agent, requested URL, timestamp, referrer) for security and abuse prevention. Logs are retained for up to 30 days.
• Click-throughs. When you click a partner button, you leave this site. Room30.AI's own tracking then identifies the click as having originated from our partner ID. We do not see your purchase details — only aggregate reports from Room30.AI.
• No first-party marketing cookies. We do not set marketing or tracking cookies from this domain.

Your rights

If you are in the EEA, UK, or California, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of any personal data we hold about you, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Because we don't operate a user database, there is typically nothing to access or delete on our end — but email us and we will confirm.
